Practical guidance for the public site and pilot evaluation. Service obligations and legal terms must be confirmed in the applicable agreement before onboarding.
Account and organization access
The product uses sign-in, organization membership and role checks to control access. Confirm staff permissions and account recovery procedures for your deployment.
Data handling
Discuss what information your space needs to collect, where it will be processed, who can access it and how exports and deletion work. Request current evidence before making procurement decisions.
Payments and public pages
Use the payment interface for card entry. Keep private member information out of public pages and support attachments. A custom domain does not change the need to protect member records.
Security reports
Email security@makeropshq.com with a short description, affected public URL and approximate time. Do not exploit another organization’s records or include sensitive data. A public uptime guarantee, certification and response-time SLA are not claimed on this site.
