Know what happens when you contact us through this site.
Practical guidance for the public site and pilot evaluation. Service obligations and legal terms must be confirmed in the applicable agreement before onboarding.
Email inquiries
The contact form creates an email in your own email app. It does not submit its fields to this website. If you send the message, your name, email and supplied details become part of the email conversation.
Information to include
Use business contact details and a high-level description of your needs. Do not send member lists, passwords, card information, health information or other sensitive records in an initial inquiry.
Member information
For information held by your makerspace, contact the space first. Before a pilot imports member data, request the applicable privacy notice and data handling agreement.
Privacy requests
Email privacy@makeropshq.com to ask about information you supplied or to request correction or removal. Identify the relevant conversation; do not send identity documents unless a secure process is agreed. Specific service retention and processing terms must be confirmed before onboarding.
