Member responsibilities
Your makerspace is the first point of contact for participation rules.
Practical guidance for the public site and pilot evaluation. Service obligations and legal terms must be confirmed in the applicable agreement before onboarding.
Joining is a process
An account, an active membership and permission to use equipment are different things. Complete your space’s required membership, payment, orientation and waiver steps.
The space sets its rules
Membership eligibility, opening hours, equipment training, supervision and cancellation terms come from your makerspace. Ask the space to explain an unclear requirement.
Account safety
Use your own account and keep credentials private. Report unexpected activity to your space administrator. Do not use another member’s account to bypass access restrictions.
