Control the address
Use a domain your organization is authorized to manage. Confirm the DNS owner and the person who will maintain records before requesting activation.
Publish appropriate information
Keep public pages focused on visitor information, equipment descriptions and event details. Do not place private member data or internal account information on public routes.
Plan for changes
Discuss verification, renewal, domain removal and the fallback address during onboarding. Changing DNS can affect other services; review the requested records before applying changes.
